Retro Fit of your HVAC Equipment
We specialize in residential retro-fit of your home heating and air conditioning system. With over 16 years in the trade, we can replace any system with a more efficient one. This will save you money and give you the peace of mind that your home will stay comfortable no matter how bad the weather is. With our 10 year parts and labor warranty, it shows that we stand behind our quality and craftsmanship.
Duct Design and sizing
No matter how efficient your heating and air conditioning system is, it will not work properly if your duct work is improperly sized and/or incorrectly installed. Most HVAC companies overlook the ductwork when they replace your new HVAC system. We check the duct system to make sure it's sealed and sized correctly and properly insulated to ensure the maximum functionality of your heating and air conditioning system. Saving you money and extending the life of your new equipment. Quality work is what we strive for on every install.
New Construction Install and Design
Not only do we specialize in retro-fit, but we can also design and install your HVAC system from the ground up. Whether your adding an addition to your home or building a brand new one, we can design, size, and install your complete system. We install to commercial standards, sealing all joints and seams with duct seal to insure no air loss. We purge with nitrogen while we braze your refrigerant lines, pressure test to 350 PSI and pull a vacuum below 300 microns to ensure your new condenser will long out live what the factory expects it to. According to Delaware code, all new duct must be pressure tested with a blast test to check for air loss, and so far we have passed every one with flying colors! Coming in under the amount of air loss allowed, everytime! We don't cut corners like most of the new construction contractors just because it takes more time or money. We take a lot of pride in our work and believe its more of an art form then a job.
